Why it matters
Educational Calls Deserve a Clear Next Step
Admissions, current students, parents, and visitors can all call with different questions. A well-defined front-door workflow can make it easier to identify the enquiry and reach the correct office.
Enquiries span the academic calendar
Calls may concern admissions, programs, events, administration, or student support.
Staff repeat the same first answers
Opening questions about hours, programs, campus directions, or admissions can take time from more involved conversations.
The right office is not always obvious
A caller may need admissions, student services, a department, or a campus contact.
