Every Call, Written Into Your CRM
Rexpt creates the contact, logs the call, attaches the transcript and sets the next action — so your CRM reflects what actually happened on the phone without anyone typing it in.

Why it matters
A CRM Is Only as Good as What Gets Entered
Calls never make it in
Notes get written on paper, in a phone, or not at all, so the record shows the emails and misses the conversation that mattered.
Late, inconsistent data entry
By the time someone sits down to update records the specifics have blurred into a one-line note, and different fields and formats between people make reporting on the pipeline close to meaningless.
Follow-ups fall through
The next action agreed on a call only happens if someone remembers to create the task, and often nobody does.

Common questions
Common question & answers
Which CRM systems can Rexpt connect to?
Connections are set up for the CRM your business already runs on. Tell us which system you use and we will confirm the integration path before you commit.
What if the caller already exists in our CRM?
Rexpt matches on phone number and, where available, name, and logs the call against the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
Can I control which calls get synced?
Yes. You can sync everything, or only calls that meet criteria you set — qualified leads, bookings, or specific enquiry types.
Does the transcript get stored in the CRM?
You choose. The summary can go in the record with the full transcript linked, or the transcript can be attached in full where your CRM supports it.
What happens if the CRM is temporarily unreachable?
The call data is retained and written once the connection recovers, so nothing is lost to an outage on either side.
Do we need a developer to connect it?
No. The connection is authorised from your own CRM account and the field mapping is chosen from a list, so there is no custom code to write or maintain.
