While our Risk-Free SMB plans are fully self-service and require no setup fee, our Corporate plans are designed for organizations that need deep customization, operational reliability, and tight integration with existing systems.
That difference is the reason for our one-time $1,799 setup fee, which applies only to Corporate plans.
What the Setup Fee Enables
Corporate customers rarely operate on off-the-shelf workflows. They require AI that understands their call logic, locations, escalation paths, compliance rules, and internal systems. Delivering this typically takes 3-5 weeks of structured implementation work.
The setup fee covers:
- Custom integration with one business system (CRM, ERP, POS, or internal tools)
- Up to three custom Voice AI workflows
- Multi-location routing and synchronization under a single AI agent
- AI tuning, testing, and refinement
- Priority onboarding and premium support access

Every Corporate customer schedules a setup call with our integration team. During this session, we validate technical feasibility and ensure the scope justifies the setup fee. If customization is not required,or the value isn’t clear. You can either opt for a custom integration project or request a refund of the setup fee.

- Corporate plans: Setup fee applies only when customization is needed
If you select a Corporate plan only for higher minutes and don’t require integrations, the setup fee can be refunded by contacting our team
